There are many things educators can do to reawaken motivation in students who have lost interest and perhaps hope. BEHAVIORAL COACHING
Nothing is more frustrating for administration than to work with staff that has difficulty with student discipline and classroom management. If student behavior is out of control, that will impact the entire educational environment. It will reduce test scores, create safety issues, reduce retention of staff, and create a negative climate.
