Taking Care Of Yourself
Teachers on a daily basis are placed under undue stress and tension. The workload may seem like it is never ending. Just when they think that they have it under control a memo appears in their mailbox giving them another assignment that creates more anxiety. Daily, teachers feel less and less appreciated and often just feel like they want to give up. They leave school exhausted both physically and emotionally, and often when they get home they don’t even have the energy to devote to their families or their personal lives. The pressure from the job creates such stress that they lose their focus on their diet, and begin to eat the wrong foods. They become so lethargic that exercise isn’t even a consideration. Because of exhaustion they stop reading for enjoyment, and conversations with their loved ones become just small talk that has no real substance. They tend to lose sight of the relationships in their lives that mean the most to them and are with their loved ones physically but not emotionally. They tend to live day to day just trying to survive and are not even thinking of what the real big picture of their life purpose really is.
Good yet cheap TV
Trying to find a good yet cheap TV today can be tricky. With all the new technologies available, it seems like most new TVs out there you have to put a down payment on, take out a loan, and possible put a mortgage or two on any property you own just to take the thing home. Does anyone even sell cheap TVs anymore, or are they all technological marvels destined to drive you into the poor home?
Best TV
It’s really hard to say what the best TV is these days. With plasma and LCD TVs coming out left and right, capable of HDTV and EDTV, its dizzying trying to keep up with the advances. Every company claims that they have the best TV, and I’m finding it pretty hard to tell the difference. Since I’m in the market for a new television, I’ve been looking into it, and here’s what I think so far.
Computer monitors - 17″ good size.
I’ve been using 17” computer monitors for years now. I think they’re the perfect combination of affordability and functionality. 17” is large enough to provide a large graphical interface, big enough for playing games or movies, but still falling in a reasonable price range. The price between smaller monitors, such as 15” monitors, and 17” monitors is usually not very much, yet I’ve often found that it shoots up a lot going from 17” monitors to 19” or larger ones.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s all that is available soon. How much handier can you get than carrying your computer system around with you. Anywhere you choose to do some work is now available.
